My whole life was spent in athletics. I was a dancer in grade school and eventually picked up springboard diving in High School and college. Lastly, I found my passion in martial arts which I’ve been practicing since 2005. My martial arts career is what opened my eyes to a healthy lifestyle.   

I've been training boxing, kickboxing and/or some form of martial arts for the past 18 years.  These sports are my passion and will be a part of my life as long as I'm walking this earth.  To do that, I realized that I needed to change my way of living. I was always active, but I never was aware of what I was putting in my body or how to appropriately strengthen my body for my sport of choice. So I only had half of the equation.  So I started to look at the food I was consuming and how to.

In 2013 I decided to change my career from a math teacher to a personal fitness trainer. My passion was with keeping my body as healthy as I could so that I can do what I love for the rest of my life. I am certified under the International Sports Science Association. 

I’ve worked with people as young as 6 years old to people as old as 75 years old. Half of them are local and have part taken in my small group sessions and in person training. The other half have worked with me online through consultation. I help these people meet their goals by making appropriate adjustments to their lifestyle to create the correct habits.
