EXPRESS: 1/2 SESSION

Get your cardio and strength in a fast pace express workout.  The perfect duration to finish in time for work.

REJUVENATE:  OFFERED AS 1/2 OR FULL SESSION

Restore your body for its next workout.  Foam rolling, trigger point balls and stretching for all body parts. 

RIPPED: 1/2 SESSION

​Focus is on all your muscle groups in the upper body.  

DYNAMITE:  OFFERED AS 1/2 AND FULL SESSION
